Shipping Domestic

A shipping fee of $9.65 will be charged for all orders within the US to be delivered within 5-7 business days. Additional shipping charges will apply for express delivery.

Please email us at shaheen@onenewroad.com for orders to be shipped to Alaska, and Hawaii, shipping charges may apply based on weight and the dimension of your package.

Shipping International

Shipping internationally is not currently offered.

Returns

All of our handmade products are made with great care and quality checked before being shipped to you. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact us shaheen@onenewroad.com

Returns may be requested within 14 days of your purchase, however as all of our handmade products are delicate please ensure they are unused and in the their original packaging with  original tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will may not be returned or refunded.

To make a return, please email us at shaheen@onenewroad.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.
